I'm sure you've seen it in most, if not all, women's clothing stores (especially this Fall!) - the adorable print is on dresses, skirts, blouses, shoes, and countless accessories. Animal print is all part of the 70's revival this season, it's no wonder leopard blouses fit so beautifully with bell-bottom jeans!
Leopard print can go with anything, anywhere, on ANYONE. I've seen girls in clubs dancing in leopard Christian Louboutins, a friend's grandma wore a pair of leopard print loafers (perhaps Tod's?) to the mall the other day, I, myself, bought a leopard print strap for my Timex watch from J.Crew. Why wouldn't a C.E.O. wear a leopard pencil skirt to the office? Pair the print with black, camel, or neons if you're feeling funky. Whether it's a fleeting trend or a revived staple, history (see the Mick Jagger photo above) tells us that animal print already has a strong comeback.
Celebrities in leopard print this Fall:
Blake Lively at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards
Heidi Klum in Dolce & Gabbana
Pixie Geldof in a maxi dress
Nicki Minaj taking the trend to a whole other level. Look at her hair!!
