Time flies! The little girl we loved in Destiny's Child is now an established, successful solo artist/Jay-Z's wife and baby mama/glamorous style icon. Currently she is 30, radiant, and expecting her first child. The latest issue of Harper's Bazaar features stunning photos of Beyonce by the ultra talented (and cool) Terry Richardson.
